The Chinese New Year officially starts on Feb 3 ! Kung Hei Fat Choi (Happy New Year in Chinese) !! To celebrate this important day among Chinese, I have put up these pictures of Cheongsams including the traditional ones and Marc Jacobs' modern approach for the Louis Vuitton SS11 Collection. Not a huge fan of the cheongsam/ oriental style though, I do find the old style of the Chinese women fascinating...A nice body proportion is crucial for rocking the type of dress. ( Like, tall and a bit of the curve)
